Something I’ve just remembered from last summer… And I’m not sure how much of this is a placebo, or how much of this is actually is true. But I was told there is something in bananas that help counteract the imbalance that cause panic attacks.
I was suffering from panic attacks at least once every 7-10 days and the panic attack would then trigger an acute migraine attack. When I began recognizing that out of sorts feeling, you know that… um, some thing’s not quite right here … feeling. The one when I’d start to feel all shaking inside. I’d eat a banana and distract myself from the “Oh My God I’m going to have a panic attack” panic attack.
Like I said… I’m not sure if it was a placebo or not but it worked for me.
